The Shaby Chic Cottage Chalkboard Party

A girl can always use another chalkboard! Check out the Shabby Chic Cottage for more fab chalkboards!
I got tired of looking at this ugly painting that was too small to be hanging above the couch all by its lonesome, so I made it into a chalkboard! :)

This hangs at the top of the stairs and often has my to-do lists on it.

This little chalkboard is in the kitchen and I use it to leave love notes for Todd. :)

This chalkboard is in the pantry and reminds we what to pick up at the grocery store.

Hello Susan - I'm a new follower of your blog! Love your chalkboards - especially the one that hangs in your kitchen with the scroll-y design on it. Fabulous!

Amazing makeover of that painting! Way to go! Also really like the idea of using a chalkboard as a shopping list.

Awesome! I just did this with what used to be a big framed canvas of monarch butterflies I found in my in-laws garage. I love it!! The kids love it too.

After seeing yours, I think I need to add a few more around the house. The pantry one is a brilliant idea. And they all look great!
