The $30 farmhouse table.

Turned desk. I painted the legs a beige-white color and stained the top. There are lots of imperfections on the top, but meh. I don't really care. It makes the loft look a lot better and it's so nice that I can craft and watch tv at the same time! I'm still thinking about getting that vintage decal for the top....maybe after the spending freeze.

I absolutely love it! The colors are beautiful together. I'm currently looking for a desk to sew/craft at so I'm jealous of your little set up. And don't feel bad...I'm on a spending freeze too :( Let's be strong for each other! hehe

It turned out lovely, I think the contrast is great! I think I have the same table....only mine is painted a white/cream and is my dining table/laptop desk right now! I really want to get a new desk so I can have my table back, LOL! Not that anyone ever sits and eats at it, including me. ;)

I'd love to know where you found the tiered basket on your desk. I'm dying to find one of my own!
