My bad.

I forgot to post pictures of my slipcovers! They're old news at our house now, as I got them in August! But here they are none the less. I should have fixed them a little before taking the picture, but I think we all know by this point that I am extremely lazy. (Although, I think my thyroid might be to blame!) The green rug (that I love, but doesn't go) will hopefully be making it's exit sometime soon. I think it will look great in my imaginary child's room. :) Also, as you can see there are only 5 chairs that are covered. I'm holding out for a bench at the end. Hopefully, Santa gets my letter about that one. :) (Wow, I really abuse the smiley faces. And the parentheses !)

I'm doing a quick visit to everyone who visited my blog this week, and I didn't even get to the end of your first post, and I was hooked. Love, love, love the room. And the green rug! Of course, you've had plenty of offers of a new home already . . . I'm just saying . . . I think it will look great in your imaginary child's room. And I so appreciate your witty writing. I always say that I'd rather be clever than anything else. I like you!

I think that green rugs looks great in that room.

I like a pop of color that matches but doesn't in a room.

What a beautiful, cheerful dining room, it makes me smile. The lime green in the rug makes the blue really stand out. I have always loved blue/green combinations. Your slipcovers are fabulous.
