Holey Moley!

Washington had a pretty bad storm a few nights ago and there is supposed to be another one tonight! Our house backs up to a horse farm that has some dead trees on their property line. One of those trees thought that our roof liked like a comfy spot. So he decided to lay down right on it. Wait, not on it. Through it. And not one hole. Not two holes. Not even five. Or ten. ELEVEN. And one hole is a foot wide. Jealous? I knooooooow you are!
(Not my house btw.)

Oh my.. what a storm indeed. I love storms until they become so violent that it's not enjoyable anymore. Please stay safe and don't watch scary movies prior to the storm.

Huggers in hopes that it will 'skidaddle' away quickly

Whew....thankfully we "weathered" that storm....I'm in the NW too.....it was a tad more than breezy, wasn't it. Fortunately our power didn't go out. It's a bit cold for no heat.

Glad you're safe and sound..

Warm blessings,
Spencer

While I am glad that this wasn't your house, I am still sorry for the damage that your home did receive, thank goodness you are both ok. I had not seen a post from you in a bit and just wanted to say hello and tell you were missed. I was going to email that lil note to you, but didn't find that info on your blog. Still I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and that your home is hopefully repaired by now. Besos, Rose
