I had a little accident in the garage involving flip flops and a little bit of water. I didn't think it was that bad until I went to the hospital the next day and they told me it was broken. And THEN they called and told me it wasn't broken. All I know is it hurts!

Yep. Hurts like the dickens, and there isn't a thing that you can do about it until it heals. I did the same thing to mine once on a heavy, old upright sweeper. Some pain memories linger...

OUCH!! I dropped a baking sheet right in between my big toe nail and the toe like a year and half ago and it just now is growing out.

Oh sweetie... I have so many feet accidents so very often, usually with glass and yep barefoot or flip flops too. I soooo very much feel for you...
