Well, I haven't done anything to it yet. But I will. Soon. Seriously, I will. Any day now.....
I want to wallpaper it, that's for sure. I'm obsessed with ticking these days, so I think ticking wallpaper is the perfect marriage. And then once that's done--I'm going to mount the TV and get the DVR off the floor. Then that will free up some space for a little make shift bar. Yup. Any day now......

I am also obsessed with wallpaper right now! I posted about it a few weeks ago...there is one wall in our home sweet home that I hope to do soon but it sounds like YOU are going to get yours done first! lol....I think the samples you have will look amazing in that spot. I like the bottom one....
By the way, did you buy that chair?
I'll totally help you with that project if you help me with a wedding project...or two. :)
(Creating blue mason jars and antiquing a mirror.)
Thoughts?
eva--duh!
{L} I didn't get the chair. It got reduced to $20...so I might get it this weekend. It's a ways away though. :)
You've totally just inspired me to re do my tv area. That dresser w/ the baskets underneath is PERFECT for my corner with the TV!! I've been annoyed with how that area looks for ever.. now I might just have a plan! You don't happen to have a second set of that whole get-up do ya? :)
Can't wait to see the finished nook!

You have such great, fun taste!!
It will be perfect... are you going to hang the wallpaper? I have always wanted to, but I am nervous that I won't get it right :0
SMiles!

ps. I just read your comment on My Sweet Savannah... have you ever checked out ruminations.com? That is where they all come from. Hilarious! We have that site up at work and laugh all day long!
Have a great weekend!

oooh--I'll have to check out that site! Gracias! :) And yes, I'm nervous about hanging wallpaper...I'm gonna try to convince my dad to help. ;)
Love it.
We're doing our refrigerator nook the same way - good luck!!
I'm a ticking fan also, I used the same tan and cream ticking stripe in 3 house entryways (don't ask) Love, love, love the second one, looks so authenticily vintage. It will look great in your nook. Be sure and overlay your seams a little to get it all to match up. Stripes are very unforgiving. Love your blog, so fresh!
