This is weird...I was reading the domino book of decorating last night and this exact same wall paper stood out to me. I'm not sure if you have the book or not, but it's on page 46. The quote Rita Koning (the contributing editor) on the page says, "I brought my mother (decorator Nina Campbell) to Odorantes, and she was so taken with the birds and the black of the shop that she designed this wallpaper." So then I googled Nina Campbell, and the closest I saw was this: http://www.ninacampbell.com/wallpaper/autumn-2007/perroquet-wallpaper.html. Maybe you could contact them and see if they still sell the one in the pic? Hope this helps!

that wallpaper is still my fave, 3 years running and yes, it is nina campbell perroquet series in black.
