New Restoration Hardware

Am I the only one that isn't completely in love with some of the new items at Restoration Hardware? I completely swooned when they first switched it up to Belgian vibe...but now some of their pieces are a little over the top for my taste. Don't get me wrong, I love a lot of their new pieces as well, but the pillars and some of the other Baroque pieces just don't do it for me. Anyone else feel that way?

At first eyeing the new catalog I liked most of it, but when you take into consideration that these item will be mass marketed it kills some of the love. I'm nuts for the over scaled clocks!

Happy almost Thursday x

I completely agree with you. I was wondering what was going on when I was flipping through the new catalog.

I'm so bumbed about that...I've used a lot of their paint before and loved it.

It looks very 80's to me. Not the best decade in design.

I don't get it.

I don't understand this style very much either. I don't know many people who have a room big enough to house pieces like these. I came across your post this afternoon while browsing interior design blogs and the topic of window treatment selection was very interesting to me. Window treatments are a great way to change up your room without causing clutter or spending ridiculous amounts of money. It is true that you must dress your windows appropriately to bring out their true beauty. Thank you for writing and as a special thanks to you and your readers, I would like to offer a 20% off coupon using this code upon checkout: BLG20.

I keep expecting their Baby and Child catalogue to come with pictures of iron chains and maces for toys and rusted cages for cribs.

Yeah, not a fan.
