You have thrown another wrench into my decorating dilemma! Found this for $100 on craigslist. What do we think of it instead of the velvet sofas for the dining table? Yay? Nay? You know I can't make a decision without you! (You all should really charge for your design services.) :)

It is indeed gorgeous, BUT the arms will get in the way! Love the velvet ones!
I'm a sucker for wicker...spray paint them in glossy black paint, add some cushions and go for it! The arms won't get in the way because I have an upholstered love seat from ethan allen with high arms and a down cushion that my DH and I sit in together for dinner...very cozy:}
Okay, I like it... but I love velvet! mmmm velvet! I say you do both though... switch them out for the seasons.... Of course, you will have to store the off season ones at my place... I promise to take care of them!

I do like the wicker chair.. and it would look good in your dining room.. But I was loving the gray velvet chair! I think they both have a different 'theme' they could bring to the room! Good Luck on you decision!
